Exhibition Introduction

      LAAD (Brazil International Military, Police & Defense Professional Expo) is the largest military, police, and defense exhibition in South America. Launched in 1997 and held once every two years, it ranks among the world’s most important events in this sector. It enjoys support from Brazil’s Ministry of Defense, Armed Forces, Ministry of Justice, and public security agencies.

       The 14th LAAD was held in Rio de Janeiro from April 1 to 4, 2025, with an exhibition area of 64,000 square meters. It welcomed 414 exhibitors from 44 countries, featuring 11 national pavilions, and attracted 39,770 professional visitors. Additionally, 160 official delegations from 71 countries participated, comprising 482 official representatives.
       The event was covered by 357 professional journalists from 17 countries, who documented the proceedings. Over the course of the expo, 2,129 meetings were held, providing an excellent platform for exhibitors from various countries to connect.
