60 minutes meeting duration, at least 16 docking meetings

Buyer matching activities will officially start at 10:00 and end at 18:00 every day. In order to ensure that both parties can fully communicate and negotiate, the length of each matching meeting is set at one hour.
As a result, each company will have the opportunity to meet at least 16 Russian companies face-to-face during the two-day event.
