Exhibition Overview

The 24th edition of ESM will be grandly held at the Centro Banamex International Convention and Exhibition Center in Mexico City from June 22 to 24, 2027. ESM is the largest and most influential professional security and defence exhibition in Latin America. Since its inception in 2004 and through 23 successful editions, ESM has evolved into the core platform for upstream and downstream enterprises in the Latin American security industry chain to connect and exchange, and serves as a strategic gateway for Chinese enterprises to enter the markets of Mexico, Central America and the entire Caribbean region. The organizer has divided the exhibition halls into three major zones: Security, Military & Police, and Occupational Safety & Fire Protection. Mexico has enormous rigid demand in counter-terrorism, anti-narcotics and security prevention. Against the backdrop of the current conservative contraction policies of the United States towards the Americas, the Mexican market presents tremendous development potential for Chinese enterprises.

Previous Edition Highlights (2026)
The 2025 edition achieved new highs in visitor quality and commercial value. 49% of visitors explicitly stated that they would complete procurement plans either on-site or within 6 months of the exhibition; 29% of business visitors had an annual security product budget exceeding US$50,000, with 17% exceeding US$500,000. Exhibitor satisfaction continued to rise, with 79% of enterprises confirming on-site their participation in the next edition, and 67% of visitors ranking ESM as their preferred platform for annual procurement at least once a year.
