Exhibition Introduction
The 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC) will be held in Antalya, Türkiye from 5 to 9 October 2026, marking the first time this prestigious global event has been hosted in Türkiye. Hosted by the Turkish Space Agency (TUA) and co-organized by the SAHA Aerospace Cluster, the congress aims to establish Türkiye as a key player in the global space sector.
Widely hailed as the "Olympics of the aerospace industry", the IAC is a high-level, large-scale and highly influential event with immense commercial value. It covers all sectors and themes of the space field, providing all participants with up-to-date space industry information, the latest developments in academia and industry, invaluable networking opportunities with the global space community, and access to explore unique potential partnerships. For 75 years, the International Astronautical Congress has been organized annually by the International Astronautical Federation (IAF), taking place in a new country each year with a dedicated theme and in partnership with different local hosts, to celebrate the shared spirit of space exploration among people worldwide.
IAC 2026 is themed "The World Needs More Space", designed to bring together visionary ideas, innovative technologies and pioneering research outcomes. In an era where the exploration and utilization of outer space is more critical than ever before, the theme underscores the necessity of maintaining a secure, open and collaborative environment in the cosmos. At its core, "The World Needs More Space" advocates for sustainable and equitable space exploration. With a growing number of countries and diverse stakeholders entering the global space economy, it is vital to ensure that space remains accessible to all.
